Austin Boat Show time again! Hope to see everyone out!
It was just too hard to hold on with low water, sales, and a drought that would sink anyone.
We have gotten some good rain on Lake Travis this wet Sunday. Of course it is not enough to see drastic rises in the lake levels but we will take any water we can get.
The San Saba Gauge on LCRA Hydromet shows just over 1″ of rain. Cherokee Gauge shows over 1.5″, all of this while we slept. The Flow Rates are the real indicator of water entering the lake and not being absorbed into the ground. All of the Flow Rates are very low, but if we get heavy rains over a short amount of time, it always nets in better runoff.
The Devils Cove Crew will be out this weekend. Who else is going?
Some good information from KVUE. Just some Trivia on where we are at and what is needed.
Albert Ramon’s weather trivia
Just when you thought you had to put the boat up when the weather and water got cold, think again. This is like having a Hot Tub in Aspen in the Winter….but much, much cooler.
